Developing People

We all have a responsibility to develop the people we work with. It is one of the things that people find most satisfying, developing others and having the opportunity to develop themselves. However, many people lack the confidence to undertake formal teaching sessions.

This workshop explains why it is important to develop others, the different opportunities there are for learning besides sitting in a classroom and how adults learn best.

Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their own work place learning environment and think about how they can improve it. They will leave with practical tips and tools to use in the work place and an action plan to implement change.
